Occupying roughly a quarter of the UM6P masterplan in Rabat, this sector brings together an academic block, administrative centre, cultural facilities, student housing and an extensive sports complex. An athletics track anchors the layout and organizes the district into academic and residential zones, each built as elevated “urban terraces” that respond to shifting ground levels. Buildings sit on raised platforms, establishing clear edges and transitions as one moves through the landscape. Every structure is centred around a defining interior space—whether a dining hall, arena or pool—distinguished by a specific colour identity. In contrast, the exterior palette remains intentionally restrained, creating a unified expression across the campus.
