Bofill
Red Sol Resort
Dhërmi
Set along the steep hillside of the Albanian Riviera, the resort is organised through a precise square grid that adapts to the natural terrain. Each villa occupies an identical plan module, yet the repetition produces variation as units step up and down the mountainside, preserving fragments of the original landscape and capturing views toward the sea. The arrival sequence begins in a small private courtyard that anchors each villa, while upper levels open outward to terraces and a rooftop pool. Circulation between units occurs through exterior staircases, bridges and intermediate patios, creating a walkable network reminiscent of historic kasbahs. The architectural language is calm and geometric, allowing topography, light and movement to guide the experience of the place.
