Situated on a former industrial site near Barcelona, the residential complex combines eighteen interconnected towers around seven courtyards, forming a vertical labyrinth of bridges, staircases and elevated walkways. Each apartment is derived from a 30 m² modular unit that can be combined into different configurations, supporting both studio and family-scale living. The design ensures that every dwelling benefits from dual orientation—outward toward the city and inward toward the courtyards—enhancing natural light and ventilation. Shared amenities and communal spaces strengthen the sense of a self-contained environment, where circulation and gathering areas play as significant a role as the private units themselves.
